  I'm so glad I found Nargiza's prenatal yoga class when I first moved to Corpus Christi! I've missed very few of her classes simply because I feel so amazing (more mobile, lighter, taller, more relaxed and centered) after completing a class. Nargiza is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and I find I learn things during class that I can carry over into my daily life. She's also great at noticing and providing corrections to form during class, which is even more important when you're pregnant! It's a true gift to have found a teacher like this to lead my prenatal practice.
