  We purchased a Groupon. Beatrice refused to book the appointment because there wasn't a name of the salonist on the Groupon. She stated that there were only 2 people there who were advertising on Groupon: Ursula and Alena. I could find Ursula's Groupon for sale, which was not the one I had purchased. You would think she'd have enough reasoning and deductive skills to properly deduce that the one I must have purchased then is Alena's, but she said without the name on the Groupon, she would not book the appointment and that *I* should have to call Groupon to fix it. She mentioned how many other customer's were encountering this same issue. I am not the one who placed the ad, and if this is a problem they are repeatedly encountering, shouldn't whoever placed the ad be the one to call them to get it corrected? Why make multiple customers make the same call over and over again? She said the owner was so annoyed with the mistake he was considering removing all groupons. This shows very poor customer service on this salon's part. They are the ones who decided to allow their employees to post an ad for a service on Groupon. They have been aware of an issue with the way it's advertised. They are aware that one Groupon has one person's name easily viewable on it (Ursula's) and that one does not. They are aware that there are only 2 people working there promoting on Groupon. They are aware that both are offering different types of services. Why make it MORE difficult for a potential customer by insisting on some mundane technicality when they should have *justenough* intelligence to be able to properly gauge whose Groupon ad goes with who? And why poach onto these potential customers added work when it's an issue that they need to rectify with Groupon? All of this hassle BEFORE I've even set foot into this freaking place.
